DISPOSAL OF THE COMPANY SHARES

Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received the information, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such a manner that on 2nd September 2010 there were disposed of: (i) 2 510 shares at PLN 34.94 per share, (ii) 70 shares at PLN 34.50 per share, (iii) 120 shares at PLN 34.51 per share, (iv) 500 shares at PLN 34.51 per share, (v) 500 shares at PLN 34.55 per share, (vi) 1 000 shares at PLN 34.60 per share, (vii) 500 shares at PLN 34.65 per share, (viii) 500 shares at PLN 34.70 per share, (ix) 2 000 shares at PLN 34.94 per share, (x) 80 shares at PLN 34.50 per share, (xi) 50 shares at PLN 34.51 per share, (xii) 100 shares at PLN 34.50 per share, (xiii) 50 shares at PLN 34.50 per share, (xiv) 50 shares at PLN 34.51 per share, and (xv) 100 shares at PLN 34.72 per share.
