Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received the information, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such a manner that on 13th September 2010 there were disposed of: (i) 3 875 shares at PLN 35.40 per share, (ii) 2 000 shares at PLN 35.42 per share, and (iii) 790 shares at PLN 35.45 per share.
