Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that on 29th September 2010 the Company received the information, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such a manner that:
1) on 20th September 2010 there were disposed of: (i) 90 shares at PLN 34.77 per share, (ii) 50 shares at PLN 34.74 per share, (iii) 90 shares at PLN 34.73 per share, (iv) 95 shares at PLN 34.72 per share, (v) 25 shares at PLN 34.71 per share, (vi) 1 000 shares at PLN 34.70 per share, (vii) 250 shares at PLN 34.67 per share, (viii) 80 shares at PLN 34.66 per share, (ix) 46 shares at PLN 34.64 per share, (x) 40 shares at PLN 34.55 per share, (xi) 234 shares at PLN 34.50 per share;
2) on 20th September 2010 there were disposed of 2 661 shares at PLN 34.00 per share.
