Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 25th October 2010 the Company received a notification from BPH Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (‘BPH TFI’), in accordance with which BPH Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy (‘Fundusz BPH TFI’) disposed of the Company shares, as a result of which Fundusz BPH TFI holds a total of 970 027 shares of the Company, representing 4.91% of the Company’s share capital, and 970 027 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 4.91% of the total number of votes.
Before the said transaction of 18th October 2009, which resulted in Fundusz BPH TFI achieving the above-mentioned share in the Company, Fundusz BPH TFI held a total of 982 085 shares of the Company, representing 4.97% of the Company’s share capital, and 982 085 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 4.97% of the total number of votes.
