Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received the information, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such a manner that on 19th November 2010 there were disposed of: (i) 200 shares at PLN 31.15 per share, (ii) 500 shares at PLN 31.14 per share, (iii) 3 077 shares at PLN 31.25 per share, and (iv) 76 690 shares at PLN 31.00 per share.
