DISPOSAL OF THE COMPANY SHARES

Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received the information, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such a manner that on 25th May 2010 there were disposed of: (i) 765 shares at PLN 34.20 per share, (ii) 612 shares at PLN 34.22 per share, (iii) 50 shares at PLN 34.23 per share, (iv) 180 shares at PLN 34.25 per share, (v) 556 shares at PLN 34.26 per share, (vi) 50 shares at PLN 34.27 per share, (vii) 1 038 shares at PLN 34.30 per share, (viii) 333 shares at PLN 34.34 per share, (ix) 600 shares at PLN 34.35 per share, (x) 267 shares at PLN 34.36 per share, (xi) 19 shares at PLN 34.38 per share, (xii) 773 shares at PLN 34.40 per share, (xiii) 27 shares at PLN 34.41 per share, (xiv) 1 822 shares at PLN 34.50 per share, (xv) 50 shares at PLN 34.51 per share, (xvi) 90 shares at PLN 34.52 per share, (xvii) 38 shares at PLN 34.60 per share, (xviii) 500 shares at PLN 34.69 per share, and (xix) 230 shares at PLN 34.70 per share.
