Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received the information, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such a manner that:
1) on 4th June 2010 there were disposed of: (i) 148 shares at PLN 37.00 per share, (ii) 468 shares at PLN 36.72 per share, and (iii) 200 shares at PLN 36.70 per share;
2) on 8th June 2010 there were disposed of: (i) 65 shares at PLN 36.06 per share, (ii) 18 shares at PLN 36.07 per share, (iii) 163 shares at PLN 36.00 per share, and (iv) 120 shares at PLN 36.02 per share;
3) on 9th June 2010 there were disposed of 2 453 shares at PLN 36.00 per share.
