Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 17th December 2010 the Company received a notification from Amplico PTE S.A., in accordance with which Amplico OFE (‘Amplico’) disposed of the Company shares, as a result of which Amplico holds 841 251 shares of the Company, representing 4.26% of the Company’s share capital, and 841 251 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 4.26% of the total number of votes.
Before the said transaction of 9th December 2010, which resulted in Amplico achieving the above-mentioned share in the Company, Amplico held 1 143 304 shares of the Company, representing 5.79% of the Company’s share capital, and 1 143 304 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 5.79% of the total number of votes.
