Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) announces that the Company received the information, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the share disposal transaction on 12th February 2010, there were disposed: (i) 16 206 shares at PLN 34.20 per share, (ii) 100 shares at PLN 34.21 per share, (iii) 48 shares at PLN 34.22 per share, (iv) 50 shares at PLN 34.30 per share, (v) 2 shares at PLN 34.71 per share, and (vi) 594 shares at PLN 34.72 per share.
