Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received the information, in accordance with which:
– the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such a manner that on 15th March 2010 there were disposed of 9 000 shares at PLN 37.40 per share,
– the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 2) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such a manner that on 17th March 2010 there were disposed of 8 130 shares at PLN 38.00 per share.
