The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”), hereby informs that on July 18, 2024, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to Art. 383 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, adopted a resolution pursuant to which it decided to delegate Mr. Adam Purwin, Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, to temporarily serve as a Member of the Issuer’s Management Board for a period of three months from the date of adoption of the resolution.
Information about the education, qualifications, previously held positions and professional career of the delegated Member of the Company’s Management Board is presented in the annex to this current report.
Legal basis: § 5 point 5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757, as amended).
