DECISION ON ADMISSION OF RIGHTS TO SHARES TO TRADING AND DETERMINATION OF THE FIRST DAY OF LISTING OF RIGHTS TO SHARES

Legal basis: Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (i.e. Polish Journal of Laws [Dz.U.] of 2021, item 1983).

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 25 February 2022, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“GPW”) adopted resolution No. 189/2022 on admission to trading on the primary market of the GPW of 21,358,699 (in words: twenty-one million three hundred and fifty-eight thousand, six hundred and ninety-nine) rights to ordinary bearer series AA shares with a nominal value of PLN 2.00 each (“Rights to Shares”) as of 2 March 2022 on the condition of registration, by the Central Securities Depository of Poland S.A. (“KDPW”), of Rights to Shares by 2 March 2022. The Issuer’s Management Board reports that registration of the Rights to Shares in the KDPW is scheduled for 1 March 2022.
