DATES OF PUBLICATION OF PERIODICAL REPORTS IN 2023 AND INFORMATION ABOUT SUBMISSION OF CONSOLIDATED REPORTS

The Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby publicly announces the dates of submission of periodical reports in 2023:

1. The unit and consolidated annual report for 2022 will be published on 30 March 2023.
2. The consolidated quarterly reports will be published on the following dates:

• for the first quarter of 2023: on 24 May 2023,
• for the third quarter of 2023: on 22 November 2023.

Pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms for deeming information required under legal provisions of a country which is not a member state equivalent (“Regulation”), the quarterly report for the second and fourth quarter of 2023 will not be published.

The consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly abbreviated consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information referred to in § 62(1) of the Regulation.

3. The consolidated report for the first half-year of 2023 will be published on 24 August 2023.

The consolidated half-year report will contain a half-year abbreviated consolidated financial statements and half-year abbreviated financial statements of the Issuer with a report from an audit company from audit or a report from audit of the statements pursuant to Par. 62(3) of the Regulation.
