The Management Board of the company under the name of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces to the public the dates of submitting periodic reports in 2025:
1. The standalone and consolidated annual report for 2024 will be published on 25 March 2025.
2. Consolidated quarterly reports will be published on the following dates:
In accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (“Regulation”), the quarterly report for the second and fourth quarter of 2025 will not be published.
The consolidated quarterly reports will contain the quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements, and the quarterly financial information referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation.
3. The consolidated report for the first half of 2025 will be published on 20 August 2025.
The consolidated semi-annual report will contain the semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements and the semi-annual condensed financial statements of the Issuer together with the audit firm’s review report or the audit report of these statements, in accordance with § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation.
