DATES FOR PUBLICATION OF PERIODIC REPORTS IN 2024 AND INFORMATION ON SUBMITTING CONSOLIDATED REPORTS

The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby publicly announces the deadlines for submitting periodic reports in 2024:

1. The standalone and consolidated annual report for 2023 will be published on March 26, 2024.
2. Consolidated quarterly reports will be published on the following dates:

• for the first quarter of 2024 – on May 22, 2024,
• for the third quarter of 2024 – on November 21, 2024.

Pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (“Regulation”), the quarterly report for the second and fourth quarter of 2023 will not be published.

Consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly condensed consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information referred to in § 62 section 1 of the Regulation.

3. The consolidated report for the first half of 2024 will be published on August 20, 2024.

The consolidated semi-annual report will include the semi-annual condensed consolidated financial statements and the semi-annual condensed financial statements of the Issuer together with the audit company’s report on the review or the audit report of this report, in accordance with § 62 section 3 of the Regulation.
