The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (the “Company”) hereby publishes a correction of the ESPI report No. 5/2021 – Amendments to the Investment Agreement and the Shareholders Agreement between Mansa Investments and BIF IV Europe Holdings Limited; Change of Price in the Tender Offer for Shares in Polenergia S.A. The correction to the report is published on account of a typing error being identified, such error concerning the date when the Company was informed that the annexes to the abovementioned agreements had been executed. The correct date is 5 February 2021 and not 6 February 2021 as quoted in the current report No. 5/2021 EN.
