The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (‘Issuer’) hereby provides a correction of the current report no. 61/2024 dated 15 November 2024 regarding the conclusion of agreements for the provision of operation and maintenance services by the Project Companies implementing offshore wind farm projects.
The correction of the content of the current report consists in replacing the sentence:
‘CAPEX costs were determined to be approximately €18 million’,
with the following sentence:
‘CAPEX costs have been determined at approximately EUR 18 million per Project Company’.
The Issuer mistakenly failed to specify that the stated amount of CAPEX costs refers to each of the Project Companies. Otherwise, current report number 61/2024 remains unchanged.
