The Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby publishes a current report devoted to the content and nature of the correction of the consolidated annual report for 2022. The correction of the periodical report follows from the obligation of completing an attachment containing the Consolidated Non-Financial Report of the Polenergia Capital Group for the year ended on 31 December 2022 (“Consolidated Non-Financial Report”), which forms a separate part of the Management Report on Operations of the Capital Group of Polenergia for the year ended on 31 December 2022.
The accidentally omitted Consolidated Non-Financial Report forms an attachment hereto.
Legal basis: Par. 15(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms for deeming information required under legal provisions of a country which is not a member state equivalent in relation to Art. 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies.
