CONDITIONAL REGISTRATION OF SERIES AA SHARES AT CSDP

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 4 April 2022, the Central Securities of Depository of Poland S.A. (“CSDP”) carried out conditional registration of the Issuer’s securities, i.e. 21,358,699 of ordinary bearer series AA shares of the Issuer under the ISIN PLPLSEP00013 code (“Shares”) on the condition of admitting the Shares to trading at the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.

The registration shall take place in relation to the closing of accounts maintained for transferable rights to the shares marked with the PLPLSEP00120 code, within 3 days from receipt by the CSDP of a decision on admission of the Shares to trading at the regulated market, where other shares of the Issuer marked with the aforementioned ISIN code were admitted, however not earlier than on the date indicated in the decision of the CSDP as the date of admission of such shares to trading at the market. The information about registration of the Shares shall be provided in the form of an operating announcement of the CSDP.
