CONDITIONAL REGISTRATION OF RIGHTS TO SERIES AA SHARES IN THE CENTRAL SECURITIES DEPOSITORY OF POLAND

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 24 February 2022, the Central Securities of Depository of Poland (“KDPW”) made conditional registration of the Issuer’s securities, i.e.: 21,358,699 (in words: twenty one million three hundred and fifty eight thousand six hundred and ninety-nine) rights to ordinary series AA bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 2.00 each (“Rights to Shares”) on the condition of admitting them to trading at the regulated market. The registration will take place within 3 days from receipt by the KDPW of a decision on admitting the Rights to Share to trading at the regulated market. Information about registration of Rights to Shares will be published in the form of operating notification of the KDPW.
