The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 4 February 2022, the Issuer’s subsidiaries, Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Piekło Sp. z o.o. and Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 16 Sp. z o.o., developing the Piekło wind farm project (“Piekło Wind Farm”) entered into with ONDE S.A., with its registered office in Toruń (“Contractor”) an agreement on the construction of the Piekło Wind Farm with the total maximum installed capacity of 13.20 MW (“BoP”). The agreement will be performed by 30 September 2023.
The BoP refers to the performance by the Contractor for the benefit of the Piekło Wind Farm of comprehensive construction work with respect to the erection of foundations for the wind turbines, adjustment of access roads for oversize transportation, modernisation of existing roads, construction of service roads, assembly platforms and assembly and electric power works and the necessary construction work for container transformer stations along with medium voltage cable networks and fibre optic networks, for the needs of performance of the Piekło Wind Farm.
