The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 18 February 2022, the Issuer’s subsidiary – Polenergia Farma Wiatrowo Grabowo Sp. z o.o. developing the Grabowo wind farm project (“Grabowo Wind Farm”), entered into with ELECTRUM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Białystok (“Contractor”), an agreement pertaining to the construction of the Grabowo Wind Farm with a total maximum installed capacity of 44 MW (“BoP”). The deadline for agreement performance is 31 December 2023.
The BoP refers to the performance by the Contractor, for the benefit of the Grabowo Wind Farm, of comprehensive construction work within the scope of foundations for wind turbines, adjustment of access roads for oversize transport, modernisation of existing roads, construction of service roads, assembly platforms and assembly and electric engineering work and the necessary construction work for the 20/110 kV switching station along with the medium and high voltage cable network and fibre optic network for the needs of the Grabowo Wind Farm.
