The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports conclusion, on 1 December 2021, with Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, of a credit agreement in the total amount of PLN 250 million, with repayment date of 180 days from the date of signing the agreement. The credit shall be intended for purposes compliant with the Polenergia Group Strategy for years 2020-2024. The provisions of the agreement do not differ from commonly applied terms for agreements of this type.
