CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT ON PERFORMANCE OF THE KOSTOMŁOTY WIND FARM PROJECT

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports that on 29 January 2021, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Dębice/ Kostomłoty Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (“Wind Farm”), concluded an agreement with Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Drogowo-Inżynieryjnego S.A. (“PBDI”) pertaining to the construction of the Kostomłoty Wind Farm, which comprises a complex of nine wind turbines with a total maximum installed capacity of 27 MW (“BoP”). The deadline for agreement performance is 30 September 2022.

The BoP refers to the performance by PBDI for the benefit of the Wind Farm of: comprehensive construction work within the scope of building the foundations for wind turbines, adjustment of access roads for oversize transport, modernisation of the existing roads, construction of service roads, assembly platforms, assembly and electric power work, along with the necessary construction work for the 20/110 kV electrical station with medium and high voltage cable network and fibre optic network for the needs of the Wind Farm.
