AUCTION RESULTS FOR THE SALE OF ENERGY FROM RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES

The management board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”), hereby informs that:

1. the Issuer’s subsidiary, i.e. Polenergia Farma Fotowoltaiczna 2 Sp. z o. o. (“FF2 Company”), received on November 27, 2023, via the Internet Auction Platform (“IPA”), pursuant to Art. 81 section 5 of the Act of February 20, 2015 on Renewable Energy Sources (“RES Act”), information that the FF2 Company won the regular auction AZ/7/2023 regarding its Rajkowy photovoltaic farm project with a target total capacity of approx. 35 MWp.

Thus, the Rajkowy project obtained the right to cover the negative balance in relation to the price offered during the auction, for approximately 31% of the total volume of electricity planned to be produced over a period of 15 years, in accordance with the provisions of the RES Act;

2. the Issuer’s subsidiary, i.e. Polenergia Farma Fotowoltaiczna 16 Sp. z o. o. (“FF16 Company”), received on November 27, 2023, through IPA, pursuant to Art. 81 section 5 of the RES Act, information that the FF16 Company won the regular auction AZ/7/2023 for its Szprotawa II photovoltaic farm project with a target total capacity of approx. 20 MWp.

Thus, the Szprotawa II project obtained the right to cover the negative balance in relation to the price offered during the auction, for approximately 31% of the total volume of electricity planned to be produced over a period of 15 years, in accordance with the provisions of the RES Act.
