“Polish Energy Partners” Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Warsaw (‘Company’), hereby informs that on 21st April 2010 the Supervisory Board, in compliance with the binding provisions of law and professional standards, appointed Ernst & Young Audit Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (at Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw), recorded in the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements under No. 130, as the certified auditor to review the Company’s financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the period ended on 30th June 2010, and to audit the Company’s financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the period ended on 31st December 2010.
Apart from the review of the Company’s half-yearly report for 1st half of 2009 and the financial statements for 2009 audit, and training services in valuation of the share executive option scheme as well as in terms of amendments to the International Financial Reporting Standards, Ernst & Young Audit Sp. z o.o. did not provide any services to the Company in 2009.
