“Polish Energy Partners” Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby informs that on May 5, 2009, the Supervisory Board, in compliance with the binding provisions of law and professional standards, appointed Ernst & Young Audit Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (address: Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw, Poland), recorded in the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements under No. 130, as the certified auditor to review the Company’s financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2009, and audit the Company’s financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2009.
Apart from performing the review of the Company’s half-year report for the first half of 2008, and examining the financial statements for FY2008, Ernst & Young Audit Sp. z o.o. did not provide any services to the Company in 2008.
