ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS OF THE MAIN AUCTION FOR THE DELIVERY YEAR 2028

The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”), with reference to current report No. 60/2023 of December 14, 2023, hereby informs that in accordance with the information announced by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (“PSE”), on December 18, 2023, preliminary results of the main auction for the delivery year 2028, this auction ended in the 6th round with a closing price of PLN 244.90/kW/year.

Following the announcement of the preliminary results of the main auction for the delivery year of 2028, a capacity agreement was concluded between PSE and Zarządca Rozliczenia S.A. and the Issuer’s subsidiary – Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna Sp. z o.o. based in Nowa Sarzyna. The total amount of capacity obligation offered by ENS, resulting from the above-mentioned agreement is 112 MW. The agreement was concluded for a period of 1 year, with a condition precedent until the announcement of the final auction results by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
