The Management Board of the company operating under the business name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) in reference to current report No. 36/2022 of 15 December 2022, hereby reports that in line with the initial results of the main auction for the 2027 year of delivery announced on 20 December 2022 by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., the main auction for the 2027 year of delivery ended in the first round with the closing price of PLN 406.35 per kW per year.
With respect to the announcement of the initial results of the main auction for the 2027 year of delivery, the capacity agreement was concluded with the Issuer’s subsidiary – Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna with its registered office in Nowa Sarzyna. The total volume of the capacity obligation under the contract amounts to 112 MW. The contract was concluded for 1 year on the condition precedent until the announcement of final results of the auction by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
