ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT OF KDPW ON THE REGISTRATION OF SERIES AB SHARES

The Management Board of the company under the name Polenergia S.A. (the “Company”) informs that it has become aware of the publication of the Announcement of the KDPW Operational Department as of November 14, 2023 No. ONP/2023/097 regarding the registration of series AB ordinary bearer shares of the Company (“Shares”), according to which on November 16, 2023, 10,416,667 Shares will be registered in the securities depository.
