Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna headquartered in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby informs that on 11 May 2005 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) adopted a resolution to admit 17,932,392 ordinary bearer shares series A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and L issued by the Company to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

§ 38 section 3 of the Ordinance by the Council of Ministers on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities – admission of securities to trading on the regulated market
