Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received a notification, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, acquired the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the share acquisition transaction:
– on 10th March 2011 there were acquired 250 shares at PLN 27.30 per share,
– on 11th March 2011 there were acquired (i) 300 shares at PLN 27.55 per share, and (ii) 750 shares at PLN 27.60 per share,
– on 14th March 2011 there were acquired 500 shares at PLN 27.50 per share,
– on 15th March 2011 there were acquired: 500 shares at PLN 27.70 per share.
