Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby informs that on September 4, 2009, it received information provided by BPH Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (“BPH TFI”) according to which BPH Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy (“BPH TFI Fund”) acquired the Company shares as a result of which BPH TFI Fund now holds in total 952,784 shares of the Company which represent 5.07% of the Company’s share capital and give the right to 952,784 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company representing 5.07% of the total number of votes.
Prior to the acquisition of the Company shares of August 28, 2009 as a result of which BPH TFI Fund acquired the aforementioned share in the Company’s share capital, BPH TFI Fund held in aggregate 918,784 shares of the Company that represented 4.89% of the share capital of the Company authorizing it to hold 918,784 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company that represented 4.89% of the total number of votes.
In connection with the above-described change in shareholding structure, BPH TFI now holds in total, for and on behalf of its clients and BPH TFI Fund, 1,280,477 shares of the Company that represent 6.81% of the share capital of the Company authorizing it to hold 6.81% of the total number of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company.
