Article 160 Section 4 of the Law on Trading in Financial Instruments – information on transactions concluded by persons with access to classified information
Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (“Company”) hereby informs that on September 21, 2009, the Company received information according to which a person referred to in Article 160 Section 1 Clause 1 of the Law of July 29, 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments purchased the Company shares at the Warsaw Stock Exchange in such manner that on September 11, 2009, the following amounts of the Company shares were purchased: (i) 1,000 shares at the price of PLN 34.50 per share, (ii) 100 shares at the price of PLN 34.80 per share, (iii) 62 shares at the price of PLN 34.97 per share, (iv) 50 shares at the price of PLN 34.98 per share and (iv) 788 shares at the price of PLN 35.00 per share.
The purchase involved, in total, 2,000 shares of the Company.
