Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (the “Company”) hereby informs that on January 13, 2010, the Company was informed by PKO TFI S.A. (“PKO”) that the investment funds operating under the management of PKO (“PKO Funds”) acquired Company shares as a result of which they hold the aggregate of 984,679 Company shares that represent 5.11% shares of the Company that authorize it to exercise 984,679 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company which represent 5.11% of the total number of votes.
Prior to the aforementioned share transfer, PKO Funds held in aggregate 919,879 shares of the Company representing 4.78% of the total number of Company shares authorizing them to exercise 919,879 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of the Company that represented 4.78% of the total number of votes.
