Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 20th October 2010 the Company received a notification, in accordance with which Generali OFE (‘Generali’) acquired the Company shares, as a result of which as of 20th October 2010 Generali holds 2 767 436 shares of the Company, representing 14.02% of the total number of the Company shares and 14.02% of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly.
Before the said transaction, resulting in an increase of Generali’s share in the Company by over 2% compared to the value previously notified, Generali held 2 667 436 shares of the Company, representing 13.51% of the Company’s share capital and entitling to 2 667 436 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 13.51% of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly.
According to the information submitted to the Company, over the next 12 months Generali may acquire or dispose of the Company shares depending on the market conditions and the Company’s financial standing.
