Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 17th December 2010 the Company received a notification, in accordance with which ING OFE (‘ING OFE’) acquired the Company shares, as a result of which as of 17th December 2010 ING OFE holds 1 077 259 shares of the Company, representing 5.46% of the Company’s share capital, and 1 077 259 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 5.46% of the total number of votes.
Before the said transaction, which resulted in ING OFE achieving the above-mentioned share in the Company, ING OFE held 777 479 shares of the Company, representing 3.94% of the Company’s share capital, and 777 479 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 3.94% of the total number of votes.
