Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company was notified that Mr Michał Kozłowski, Vice-President of the Company’s Board of Directors, acquired the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the share acquisition transaction, on 1st March 2011 there were acquired: (i) 500 shares at PLN 27.19 per share, (ii) 500 shares at PLN 27.17 per share, (iii) 500 shares at PLN 27.13 per share, and (iv) 500 shares at PLN 27.14 per share.
