Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company was notified that Mr Zbigniew Prokopowicz, President of the Company’s Board of Directors, acquired the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the share acquisition transaction, on 24th February 2011 there were acquired: (i) 1 463 shares at PLN 27.22 per share, (ii) 966 shares at PLN 27.20 per share, (iii) 4 950 shares at PLN 27.28 per share, (iv) 50 shares at PLN 27.25 per share, and (v) 48 shares at PLN 27.28 per share.
