Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received a notification, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, acquired the Company shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the share acquisition transaction on 1st April 2011 there were acquired 1 000 shares at PLN 29.70 per share.
