Polish Energy Partners S.A. (‘Company’) hereby informs to have been notified that on 21st October 2011 Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny BZ WBK (‘Aviva OFE’) acquired the Company shares, as a result of which as of 26th October 2011 Aviva OFE holds 1 114 231 shares of the Company, representing 5.23% of the total number of the Company shares and entitling to 1 114 231 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 5.23% of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly.
Before the said transaction Aviva OFE held 1 064 231 shares of the Company, representing 4.99% of the Company’s share capital and entitling to 1 064 231 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 4.99% of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly.
