Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 30th March 2017 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed Mr Łukasz Rędziniak as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for another term of office.
Mr Łukasz Rędziniak is a lawyer with 20 years of experience in private practice and public service. He was a partner in Dewey Ballantine law firm, and then a managing partner in the Warsaw office of T. Studnicki K. Płeszka Z. Ćiąkalski J. Górski law firm. Between 2007 and 2009 he held a position of the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Justice. He became involved in the Kulczyk Investments group in January 2013. As an external counsellor he took part in creating Kompania Piwowarska, sale of TUiR Warta shares, and in selling shares in automotive companies.
Mr Łukasz Rędziniak took part in the largest M&A transactions in the food industry, energy and mining sectors.
