Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (‘Company’) hereby announces to have been notified on 23rd February 2016 that China – Central and Eastern Europe Investment Co-operation Fund SCS SICAV-SIF with its seat in Luxembourg, acting pursuant to Art. 10.2 letter (b) of the Articles of Association, dismissed Mr Rafał Andrzejewski from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company and appointed Mr Brian Bode as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
