Acting pursuant to Art. 70 (3) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and public companies (Journal of Laws 2018.512), the Management Board of Polenergia Spółka Akcyjna seated in Warsaw (‘Company’) hereby reveals the list of shareholders holding over 5% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting which was held on 8th January 2019, accompanied by the specification of the number of votes each of them is entitled to from the shares owned and the indication of their percentage share in the number of votes at this General Meeting as well as in the total number of votes.
The list of shareholders referred to hereabove is defined in the appendix hereto.
