Acting pursuant to Art. 56 (1) item 2 of the Act of 29th July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and public companies, and § 5 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of Polenergia S.A. seated in Warsaw (‘Company’) hereby announces that today it received a resignation of Mr. Jacek Suchenek from position of a member of the Management Board of the Company. The resignation was submitted with immediate effect.
