Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company received a notification, in accordance with which the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares in such a manner that under the invitation to subscribe for the Company shares there were 7 477 shares disposed of. The Company was also notified that the person, as defined in Article 160 section 1 point 1) of the Act of 29th July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments, disposed of the Company shares in such a manner that under the invitation to subscribe for the Company shares there were 2 000 shares disposed of.
