The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Company”) declares that on 30 December 2019 the Company decided to introduce a write-down with an estimated value of PLN 16 million in reference to Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Bądecz Sp. z o.o. (“Project”). The write-down has a non-cash form. It will be included in the consolidated financial statements of the Company for the fourth quarter of 2019 under item other operating costs. It will encumber the operating results of Polenergia Group having no impact on the EBITDA result, in line with the adopted definition. The volume of the write-down is estimated and may be changed.
The decision is a consequence of evaluation of risks related to Project implementation.
