The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (‘Company’) hereby announces that the Company was notified that the total value of transactions in terms of wholesale electricity trading between the Company’s subsidiary – Polenergia Obrót S.A. (‘Polenergia Obrót’) – and Vattenfall Energy Trading GmbH (‘Vattenfall’), concluded from 10th October 2015, i.e. the date of publication of the latest Current Report (No. 36/2015) regarding the total value of transactions between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall, till the date of publication of this Current Report, amounted to net PLN 137 349 119.63. This amount includes both the contracted income of Polenergia Obrót, pursuant to the agreements on the sale of electricity to Vattenfall (net PLN 42 028 050.99), and the contracted costs of Polenergia Obrót arising from the agreements on the purchase of electricity from Vattenfall (net PLN 95 321 068.64).
Therefore, the total net value of turnover between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall exceeded 10% of the Company’s equities.
The transactions between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall were generated on the basis of the framework agreement of 10th June 2013 concluded between Polenergia Obrót and Vattenfall, the description of which is contained in Current Report No. 32/2015 dated 8th July 2015.
