Polish Energy Partners Spółka Akcyjna (‘Company’) hereby informs that on 5th October 2012 the Company received a notification, in accordance with which Generali OFE (‘Generali’) disposed of the Company shares, as a result of which as of 4th October 2012 Generali holds 2 800 000 shares of the Company, representing 13.14% of the total number of the Company shares and 13.14% of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly. Before the said transaction, resulting in a decrease of Generali’s share in the Company below 15%, Generali held 4 247 696 shares of the Company, representing 19.93% of the Company share capital and entitling to 4 247 696 votes at the Company General Assembly, i.e. 19.93% of the total number of votes at the Company General Assembly.
