Polenergia SA (‘Company’) hereby notifies that on 11th February 2015 the Company’s subsidiary – Grupa PEP – Farma Wiatrowa Mycielin Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (‘FW’) – concluded an agreement with a consortium of companies: Erbud S.A. and Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Drogowo-Inżynieryjnego S.A. (‘Agreement’).
The Agreement refers to execution by the contractors to the benefit of FW of construction of Mycielin Wind Farm (total capacity: 48 MW).
The value of the Agreement is PLN 72 548 990.00.
The Agreement is to be performed by 3rd March 2016.
The total amount of stipulated penalties potentially due from the contractors under the Agreement shall not exceed 30% of the Agreement value.
